Burrow Busters employs carbon monoxide fumigation to exterminate burrowing rodents immediately and humanely. We use specialized equipment manufactured specifically to inject pure exhaust (2.5% carbon monoxide, CO) that has been compressed, cooled and highly pressurized into underground burrows and tunnels at 120PSI. The air in the burrow is purged instantly, with the rodent engulfed in an airless burrow of highly concentrated carbon monoxide resulting in immediate asphyxiation and death. Using our specialized equipment and carbon monoxide fumigation we achieve ~90% extermination rate of burrowing rodents after 1st application.

After fumigation of all burrow systems is complete, a 400 lb. agri-roller is used to flatten all surface burrows/runs, mole hills and other visible signs of rodent activity. This step provides several benefits, including 1) removing all unsightly landscape damage both for asthetic purposes and homeowner convenience;  2) discourages other moles in the area from moving to the now vacant territory; 3) making it much easier to detect any new activity after treatment and call us to come back ASAP and retreat for free!
